not much to really report on this evening
the 400 metre laser pen event has just finished
the jamiacan athlete was helped over the line in first place by the medical staff
we are not sure as to whether that will constitute finishing the race unaided
we are waiting for the decision and yes the result stands gold for jamaica
(any one else remember that chocolate bar jamaican gold?)
as for previous results from yesterday
the Yank won the "steal a t.v from the shop and carry it over the line"...his name? Tosh Iba
confusion at the moment from the boomerang throwing contest as some damn kangaroo keeps returning it to the starting line keeps Skipping back(for our older viewers
and i know you were all wondering about the football final between the Outer Hebrides and Spain
after a delay of 30 minutes during which they had to clear the pitch of sheep
Spain took and early lead after the spanish striker slide on a pile of dog poo and forced the ball into the net
no celebrations were offered
second half the Hebrides grew into the game and equalized on 60 minutes though McSporran
the drama was reserved until the 85th minute when the Hebrides were awarded a penalty
it was saved by the spanish keeper hit the Hebriides player standing on the edge of the penalty area and flew into the net
Gold Medal For The Outer Hebrides.....way to go
(you were all waiting for that one)
two more events missed
the origami: lovely paper folding by the Japanese origamiest is that actually a word....anyway

AAA has got me barred from entering the events arena. boo
I have my secret weapon to overcome such trivial issues.
It's a DRONE
So here we have a report from today's games.
The weightlifting came up with a surprise winner in the flyweight division - A blue bottle won gold.
Spiderman and Superman were banned for wearing non-conforming costumes, with matching masks.
Beep beep beep
As expected a zulu (Bungalongway) won the Javalin with Brad Pitt winning a Silver.
A referee was arrested when caught red handed carrying a bung, strange thing it was made of rubber.
Social distancing has had a negative impact on several events - the wrestling has been suspended.
Beep beep beep
The commentators got involved in a vicious debate when Nelly the Elephant failed to give the knee when having 4 to choose from?
That's all for today my Drones triple A's need recharging.

League Two club Scunthorpe United have appointed Notts County assistant boss Neil Cox as their new manager.
The ex-Aston Villa and Watford defender, 48, has succeeded Paul Hurst, who was sacked by the Iron in January after eight months in charge.
This is Cox's first job in full-time management having previously served as Neal Ardley's assistant at both AFC Wimbledon and Notts County.
Cox is from Scunthorpe and started his playing career with the club.
"It's been a long time since I left and I'm obviously over the moon to be back," he told the club website.
"It was the easiest decision I've ever made. I left 29 years ago and I really didn't want to go but I had no other choice at the time.
"I can't wait to get started and I'm raring to go. I want to get the town together and get everyone on board."

Kalamity Keogh signs on for the Dons.
Quote:MK Dons have signed former Derby captain and Republic of Ireland defender Richard Keogh.
The 33-year-old has not played since September 2019, when he sustained a serious knee injury in a car crash involving two of his Derby team-mates.
Tom Lawrence and Mason Bennett pleaded guilty to drink-driving.
Keogh, who was a passenger in one of the vehicles, was sacked by the Championship club for "gross misconduct" for his involvement.
MK Dons have not disclosed the length of contract that centre-back Keogh has signed with the League One club.
"I can't wait to get on the shirt and I'm looking forward now. I've missed a lot of football and you're getting someone who is going to be excited and hungry to play and push this team forward," Keogh told the club website.
He has won 26 caps for the Republic of Ireland and played at Euro 2016, starting group matches against Italy and France.
Keogh joined Derby in the summer of 2012 and played more than 350 games for the Rams.
He has played more than 500 games in a career that has also seen him have permanent spells at Coventry and Carlisle.
"Once I knew he was available, I was desperate to bring him in," said Dons boss Russell Martin. "I know how much he'll bring on and off the pitch.
"He probably turned down more lucrative offers to play here and, for me, it's a massive signing and it's a statement from him to say he wants to be part of it. He's been my number one target in that position for a long time - so I'm delighted to have it over the line."

A statement from our outgoing chief executive makes for unnerving reading.
Jenkins states if we hadn't gone up we would have had to half our wage bill and even now we haven't got a lot.
Rumours were rife this week we will have around 20 million the rest will be from sales and loans due to the Pandemic,
Reading between the lines most of our business will be done late into October when we will already have played 5-6 games.
Worrying times but it seems like we went up at just the right time ....

Roving reporter calling in from the pool today.
The 1000 metre underwater event was won by Marine Boy, with Aqua Marina in silver position. Troy Tempest was 3rd but was disqualified
for using a motorised devise (Stingray) This allowed Bobby Ewing (man from atlantis) to take the Bronze medal.
Tarzan won the 100 metre freestyle while saving a chimpanzee
Chadli was asked to leave the pool as it has no healing qualities
Beep beep beep
The Irish rowing team turned up only to find no indoor rowing events were planned.
And finally no real surprises in the diving Jack Grealish took the gold for the most dives completed in 90 minutes.
More reports due as they come in.
