Sure, there are plenty of wankers out of work in football today!!!

Seriously though, I don't think he is the type of manager we need.  His teams play dire football, dirty tactics and defensive minded.  Go look on the WBA board on here to see what they think about that type of manager as they have in Pulis.  We need a manger who have a number of formations that he could use, one who will maximize the potential we have up front and get us playing some decent stuff.  Still think Paul Lambert could do a job, but Paul Hurst could be worth a punt.

We need a manager that can analyse the opposition in the week before the game and set up his team and formation accordingly. We need a manager that can rotate his squad so that players like Fletcher don't burn out and become useless. We need a manager that can react to a game plan (if he has one Whistle ) gone wrong and change tactics. We need a manager who can play dire winning football (as opposed to dire losing football) when needs must. We need a manager that can play flamboyant football when we can. We need a manager who can actually get something out of one of the best squads in this league.

And we need a medical team Laugh

There's simply no more excuses for Carlos. Yes the officiating has been criminal so far. However, we still cannot win a game on our own merit.
It's the same team formation and same line up, the only changes made are like for like. As if there's no diversity or versatility in the squad.

I can't back the man anymore. He's far too indignant to walk so it'll have to be a sacking. DC doesn't seem like he's overly involved in the football aspect of the Club. I understand he's a businessman but there's a sport aspect to be involved in.
If this were my club I'd already be issuing a statement telling fans not to worry and see where we are at Xmas, perhaps even stand behind the players and manager.

Strangely.. not a peep from this criminally underperforming club which can barely get its generic off-brand shirts out for its 150th anniversary

Come on now, it's a joke from top to bottom. How can we keep defending this mickey mouse operation?

Doesn't help when JP and the other guy on ididdle radio praise the team for a spirited effort as they did after yesterday's game. I know it's hard to compete against a team with a one man advantage, but for CC to go, there has to be all around discontent expressed.

The thing is with Bullen he would im 100% sure weed out the wankers who are robbing a wage !! bring in Hirst and that might save our future .... and definatley play Derby games in a different mind set to this idiot who thinks its just a game ? or maybe make sure players at least understand that it feffing isnt !! and with the season over as far as automatic promotion is concerned he might just have the balls to all the way and win us the playoffs ? CC even if he gets us there we know 100% will not !!

Would he get rid of Nuhiu? Whistle

If Carlos does go and from what I understand is that CC doesn't recruit the players someone else does then who would come in and work with that ? If this is true then they have really fooked up recruitment as 2 years ago we were on about replacing Loovens and still have not.

Anyone know if this is true and where this Doyen crowd fit into the equation ?
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, you need a team....
