Carlos should stay

But only long enough to hand his office keys in to the janitor!!!!!

I am probably the last to say this on here, but enough is enough, its time for a change!!! We have a very good squad, probably the best front line in the division, yet we cannot score anywhere near enough goals!! Our defending is like a youth side at times and our set pieces/crossing is appaling!! If it wasn't for Bannan being on good form this season we would have been over run in midfield most games, rather than the 3 or 4 where that has happened anyway. We are not built for 442, we are clearly built for 352 or maybe 433 yet Carlos will not change the formation unless we are chasing a game!!

So , I think we all agree that he has to go, so who do we want instead??

Give it to Bullen while we are looking!! at least he might stir some passion and weed out the players who are wasting a shirt ready for the next man to shoot in the head !!

Dysch from Burnley.

Big Sam would be on my list, maybe Kevin Nolan who is doing well at Notts County.

It's always a tough one. We have money now and promise of climbing the proverbial ladder. So we should be a bit more enticing than we used to be..

I agree with Imre about Bullen. Let him take over until Xmas and spend a good couple of months looking for decent prospective managers rather than just desperately sign whoever is out of work.
Bullen can't do any harm in the meantime. This season is already over for us, let's face it we'd have to be fantastic from here on out.

he should have gone after that pathetic attempt of a final against Hull but too many were happy with there nice day out !! and because of it we have more shit days out than good ones ... well done you feffing numptys !!

The thing is with Bullen he would im 100% sure weed out the wankers who are robbing a wage !! bring in Hirst and that might save our future .... and definatley play Derby games in a different mind set to this idiot who thinks its just a game ? or maybe make sure players at least understand that it feffing isnt !! and with the season over as far as automatic promotion is concerned he might just have the balls to all the way and win us the playoffs ? CC even if he gets us there we know 100% will not !!

Not Bullen for me , we need a total clear out and get in either a Wednesday manager who was/is a fan (ex player type) , but that doesn't always work , or do what the Village did and take a gamble .. and I know that's what we did with CC, but try one with a bit of history ... or better still ... a lower league type who would have no fear/nothing to lose ... pay them well until the end of the season /// then ra assess the situation !!

and PLEASE forget about Hirst junior ..he will NOT save this or any other season ....
