well almost.
Next step should be for the EFL to vote Barrow in …… clubs to be instructed to do so.
There will be no relegation or promotion in National League if it has any sense. Next season we'll be in a 23 team league. Don't see how the National League can justify promotions when the rest of non-league has stopped. But we are the feeder to the EFL so whatever they decide should take precedence. Opinion.

Sadly another victim of this deadly coronavirus, Hunter was one of the Leeds "greats" of the Don Revie inspired era. Definitely a tough-tackling player is a kind description of Hunter's style and one memorable aspect of his career was strangely not football related when he was embroiled in a full scale "pagger" with Man City's wee mid player, Franny Lee. Both of them red-carded but couldn't even get to the players' tunnel without having another "pagger". I can recall watching him at close quarters when Hibs played a great Leeds team in the UEFA Cup in late 1973 and really should've eliminated them over the two legs in which no goals were scored and Hibs eventually beaten in a pk decider at Easter Road Stadium in front of a huge crowd, about 50k spectators. RIP big man!

The TdF organisers have postponed this year's race by 2 months to 29 August with the Grand Depart taking place in Nice and ending on 20 September in Paris. I have attached two links to the news if anyone wants further details.

It will be interesting to see the amended calendar for all the ICU events that are supposed to be squeezed into 4 months at the end of the year - that is, assuming there is no second surge of coronavirus in Europe and sufficient relaxation of Government "lockdowns" are announced. Take nothing for granted.

Reports on ESPN are saying the EFL are 'tentatively looking to June 6th for a season restart date with the plan involving a mini pre-season from May 16. All matches to be played behind closed doors.
