Ok Phillips was a howling miss.
But we had him at his swan song not his peak or for many seasons .
Oh for a goal scorer who came and made it big at West Brom and stayed for a the rump of his career. I suppose you just don't get them anymore.

Maybe that's tongue in cheek but I really like that guy. He seems to have a plan A,B,C and D and his tactics are brilliant. Plays attacking football and apparently not lost a home game in over 3 years as a manager!!
