Spot on Zinman, he's made himself out to be a hero by taking him off, against the advice all those around him and saving Speroni from being "assaulted" again in what was a football accident fair & square, and it makes Daws out to be a hatchet man, the same could easily have happened to Foster for their first and yes I'd have cried foul but not made out that their player was intent on "taking him out" next time.

Here speaks a man (???) who sank to the depths of sportsmanship all those years ago at Brammall Lane in an episode that still leaves a bitter taste in the mouth for all of us who saw it, not just Albion fans, but anybody who plays or watches competitive sport.

If you might have thought it might be slightly genuine, he never took his eye off the camera as he hugged the bloke who most Hammers fans despise. And how on Earth did he weasel his way onto the Interview Room, except by bribing someone lots of money - still, he got the publicity that he craves, oh, and he happens to have another book out.
