I take it you want us to play on the counter rather than our opponents, Stateside???

Interesting few days ahead. We know players wise what we need let's see if DC will go for it or will he let this poor show continue.....either way after Wednesday we will know what way the club is thinking and what position we will end up in.
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, you need a team....

61% possession
19 shots
11 on target

Should have won the game in the first half, conceded a freakish goal, their keeper playing a blinder and a late set piece goal get the point. I'll take that point but the performance on the whole probably deserved all three!! Stops the run of defeats, maybe we can finally find the goals to push on from here.

That was shit, and exactly what I expected it to be. I get no pleasure in saying I told you so.

It has to be apparent now as people start falling back to earth. We're not good enough. we're above average in this league and that's it. We had a great season with minimal players all playing their hearts out, we're expecting the same thing from an average group of players that did really well once, then threw in some signing like Abdi, Jones and made Pudil a perm.

Unambitious regardless of what other squads around us are doing, they were always stronger squads than we were to begin with,

Expect more of the same, and it could be true that the artful dodger really is a two term wonder.

I'm sure we'll set up for more of the same next week. Play our little possession game and be ever so disappointed that the opposition figured us out.

That was super scabby the get that in at the death, and now it's going to completely paper off the cracks in some peoples minds. Doh

I can see it now. "AMAZING COMEBACK"

It does give me that 1-1 prediction though, so there's that. I'm callin 'em

Our little possession game produced 19 shots and 11 on target, what more do you want from that possession?? We could just let them have the ball and see how many we score doing that!! Our strikers are not scoring the chances, that's the problem.

We can go on about a lack of signings (which is not true) or turmoil in the background, maybe the FF thing unsettled the team, but we still have the players and today had the performance to get better. Today was something to build on.

No I'd rather boss the game in midfield and use the overlapping fullbacks to smash crosses into the box using Fletch's height.

I don't even know what we'r doing at the moment. trying to pass around and probe defences until they open up? That's waiting for the game to come to you, you take the xxxx game when you're playing Burton & Bretford!!
