Apparently rodgers won't make a decision on henderson now until the end of the window.

Aye! I thought there was something amiss when the Hendo deal didn't materialise by Saturday morning. It's a pity we don't have the 'buying power' to tempt Celtic/Rodgers much like we did when we took Dylan off their hands.

Dont no how much truth in this story but I was informed that Hendo & his agent was at East Mains last week and Hendo apparently made it clear he did not want a loan deal but he wanted a transfer to HFC.

And a certain person at HFC said NO.

Hopefully I'm wrong but the longer this saga goes on and Shinnie coming in it looks less likely Hendo will be back

Mate was saying Liewell wants £400k and a sell on clause

I think if the deal was going to happen then it would be done and dusted by now. I suspect Celtic would want to sell him on for a fee rather than a loan. Cannot see Hibs paying 400K for anyone at present! I'd think this is the reason we are seeing what Birmingham can come up with for Shinnie. The lads on the Small Heath Alliance forum thought Shinnie was OK with skill but lacked that half yard of pace and strength and wouldn't be sorry to see him go.

I must say on that 'score' I thought Shinnie only had one good season at ICT when Butcher was 'running the show' newhavenhibby. It also looks like Rotherham Utd recently didn't fancy keeping him on loan either and quickly returned him to the Blues. He may offer us some kinda decent cover in a lower level Scottish Championship but there are some indicators that show he may have seen his best days elsewhere.

You may well be right 0762, time will tell. I think his family are down South now and its whether he wants to up sticks with all the disruption for another loan deal.

The Birmingham lads were more keen on getting his brother from the sheep as they need a fullback apparently. Whistle

It seems the real sticking point with getting Liam back is that the boy doesn't want another loan move. So I guess we move on and wish him well.
