Don't think it has anything to do with where they grow up, its how they are now pampered by the academies from a young age rather than playing street football with their mates. Its how everything is done for them the minute they get in the academy, they do not learn to enjoy the football by just having a kick around or being in the school team. For me its about letting kids be kids and just being allowed to play rather than having them in a regimented system in an academy.

Big Sam. So it looks like the FA want their yes man back. The bar really is set at ' Just kept the club away from relegation' Like old Woy.
There's always big talk regarding England. Generally followed by even bigger disappointment.
I see the Elite Prem teams are continuing to purchase the best foreign players.
Nobody wants Balotelli though.

I like the idea of Allardyce taking over the England team. I wouldn't say he is a yes man at all, he will want to do it his way but he will not be afraid of making tough decisions and will demand effort from the team. His playing style might leave a bit to be desired but he showed at West Ham he can do better with better players.

He's a much better option than Bruce whose name had floated around. However, It seems that whoever takes the job will be playing under the FA's philosophies, which are stifling to say the least.
