Sounded like we had plenty of chances - just one of those days where the opposites GK had a bit of a blinder and quite a lot of luck.

Just had a look at the Bristol thread with the remaining games that Maddix posted up.... Well fook me we are really going to make ourselves sweat. I can only see us getting max 5 points out of the remaining games with Cardiff getting 10....so that's us in the playoffs on goal difference only
![]() ![]() Which is a 6 game poor run leading into the playoffs too....
If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, you need a team....

Two points dropped today.
Poor defending for their goal. Enough chances to win the game. Played in 2nd gear until Ipswich scored.
Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so. For glory gives herself only to those who have always dreamed of her.

It's true that after a good run, we go on a poor run. At this critical stage in the season it's too late to choke, which is what we have done over the last couple of games. Today was there or the taking.
I know some feel we aren't relying on results around us but I feel we clearly are. Had Cardiff won their last couple of games and not choked themselves we'd be looking quite differently. No easy games at all from here, and we will also be needing Cardiff to lose a game or even two. As remarkably well as we seem to have done this season. We're so tired, thin squad wise it really shows. The flip side is at last we're playing for something. For the first time in years we're actually looking at the Champ' PO. ![]() I just hope the players have the minimals. WTF was Courtouis thinking there? Red all day

If we win our games then we are not relying on anyone, that was the point I was making. Having lost last Week and now drawn today, then yes we need to be looking for other teams to slip up as well, which Cardiff duly delivered on. Its still in our hands, particularly as we still have to play Cardiff but if we beat MK Dons then we still have a game to lose over them.

City have definitely been the better team but they haven't exactly torn up the pitch either.
Chelski have been shocking this season but it's about time they had such season. I'm still hoping Leicester can pull it of |
