Agreed 0762 and in rugby only certain calls ( and this restriction should also apply to soccer) can be referred to the video ref so in theory shouldn't slow things down too much Unfortunately in rugby the main referral is for a try decision and as I said before it is sometimes very hard to see whether the ball was correctly grounded or not and takes several views from several angles.......and then they don't always get it right......Ireland v England anyone.
