 F#####g scandalous - it's his 1st Embro Derby match since that ridiculous cup final performance against them (or AN other match at Tynecastle when we lost again!) and that's no coincidence that the SFA tucked him away very nicely after the thousands of complaints that were sent to them all these years ago!! IMO we're out before this match has even begun because the SFA officials would never compromise themselves to change him and give us any other impartial ref!! What a joke!! They got the home draw and the joke SFA have given them a 'homer' of a ref, a f#####g Hearts supporting b#####d!! WHAT A FIX AND THE SFA OFFICIALS ABSOLUTELY KNOW HE IS A HEARTS SUPPORTER AFTER PREVIOUS VERBAL ALTERCATIONS WITH HIBS FANS!!! His shit record v Hibs in Derby matches is there for all to see and peruse - it is f#####g dreadful - likes to issue red cards against us but not against them and rarely gives Hibs pens (awarded one pen in approx. 2005). The guy is a numpty and the SFA could've given this match to various other impartial Scottish refs!! Lastly Hibs officials and board members will be privately well aware of Thomson and his ref shenanigans down the years because it has been debated after previous AGMs!!

I think he was in charge once since....under Fenlon at Tynecastle ......we lost . He is of course a St Mirren fan according to people close to him .

Fact - worked for Forth Electrical during the 1990s and was a ST holder at Tynecastle and a confirmed Hearts fan observed by Hibs fans who worked alongside him at that time!! Aye 0762, it was the first I had heard of him being a Saints fan .....perhaps put out from the SFA to try and divert complaints about his allegiance to the maroon half of Edinburgh.

Thompson....its like the sfa are trolling us or something. On top of being a shocking official - xxxx even Sundays game was littered with his xxxx ups,he has shown himself up time and time again in games involving hibs.
