The Push for Promotion - Act 2 Season 2015-16
He can continue to be part of Noblots fire sale then, there's no reason to sign greedy twats. We want footballers whom want to be part of a big thing happening at S6.

Wrong mentality already for me, move on.

We've supposedly put the bid in for Hooper, now he is on a lot of money so if he takes a pay cut to join us. That IS the right mentality.

The difference is that Hooper is a much better player than Davies & we know that he fits our system so we can justify paying him a bit more.

Good point, MS. I think Hooper will take the pay cut to join us.

I could of course be wrong and Hoopers agent may get into the mix and things might become ugly.

I also get the feeling Hooper wants to play for us and is beginning to settle down. As you say he fits our system well. Sheffield Wednesday are a club on the rise.

As in every walk of life. Some tradesmen are more about the money than the actual trade.

Wont pay Davies wages, makes you wonder what he was on at Bolton and why they are in debt.
Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so. For glory gives herself only to those who have always dreamed of her.

We cant take this lightly and play the likes of sougou !! we have i repeat have to win or at least draw for an easy win at our place !! the cameras will be here for this one and losing it could cost us dearly !!

Ban peiowl now !!!

Is someone suggesting that I'm not on board with the FA Cup? How dare anyone make such a suggestion! I'd like to see the very best team play. I couldn't care less if Joao, FF, and Bannan gets injured. What does it matter? Come on lads, let's get behind the A team and imre sharrup. Whistle Whistle Whistle Whistle Whistle

Still I can set off at 2.30 & saunter down to the ground, god willing!

Bloody ell. The name of the stadium sounds like a cow pasture. Doh

Disappointed not to get Davies, he would have fit our system well, but if he wants too much or we won't pay him enough then its best to move on. Now lets get Hooper signed, put an increased offer in for Judge and find that other striker!! Onwards and Upwards!!

Don't knock the Meadow (or Greenhaus Meadow as sponsors dictate).

I have only seen one match there - a pre season friendly against Galatasaray who had Drogba & Schneider in their side. It is a lovely little ground with all modern facilities, loads of video screens etc.

I did see Elton John in concert there a couple of years ago on the wettest July day in British history.

He has signed now according to various Twitter accounts.  Photo of him sat with Matias and Melo last night is doing the rounds.

Clearly delayed until after we played them.
