As I said above, my opinion would be to cancel the piss poor services you receive. Paying them is essentially enabling them to continue what they're doing.
If everyone who has had enough of this, did as I did. Their pockets would be hurting. and that's the only way you can get corporations to take action... hit them in their pockets. The only thing they care aout
