It does make you wonder at the fine art of management.

Anichebe being awesome last weekend but comments on training along with others away from the first team
Berahino tantrums and disrespect e.g. to team mates by turning up late to training etc

All of these could go to another club and with a fresh start and a new manager and team mates they could almost immediately perform wonders.

Man Utd playing very averagely, Chelsea well below par with the same squad that won the championship.

It's all very fine lines and about mood of players, team spirit and the relationship with the manager.
