Terrible news, if they'd kept him they'd be odds on for the drop which would be hilarious. Now they could get Moyes or Rodgers in and do ok

Good point ..... however you can not make a silk purse out of a sows ear, who ever comes in can only work with the crap they have, by January it may be too late to turn it around if their position is so poor no-one will want to join. Let's hope anyway

It was always going to happen sooner or later, because the man's a deluded tit who's tried to blag a career as a top-flight manager by talking the talk, when his actual knowledge and ability is barely even lower league standard. Like Phil Brown, but more so.
Whoever they replace him with can hardly be worse, but I have to admit I'll miss laughing at the look on his face every week on MOTD.
