jamaican striker theo robinson is on trial with us.

I wonder if big Rob Jones tipped Hibs off re Robinson's availability? I hope the guy excels in his trial at EM because we need a decent striker to play alongside Jason Cummings until Keatings and Farid finally return to the 1st team squad.

A decent striker you'd have had all 3 points on Sunday.

Spot on fred. It's frustrating because rangers were not the reincarnation of the brazil 1970 side that the media have been building them up as.

Just have to hope we can get some good results in the coming games - which i think includes falkirk and raith.

If we can't beat Raith and Falkirk, I don't think we deserve to be anywhere else but the Championship! I think we all agree that we need a pen box striker but there's been a concern for quite a while that Hibs are never able to sort out that position at all, albeit due to unforeseen injuries and players not being available.

Get Keatings fit you'll get goals.

Keatings injuries have been one of the biggest frustrations Fredster!! I would've liked to have seen him up and running from the off but it was not to be. Now we're having to wait for well over a month before finally seeing if he can indeed bang in the goals that Hibs really need in order to push on properly rather than stumble along!!

He's training so hopefully not long now.

The craic at Ainslie Park at Hibs Dev match v Celtic is that a centre forward will be signed at or before the weekend. No names mentioned but the info is fairly certain.
I just heard that Hibs have drawn the Dons at home in the League Cup - I think that's our involvement over for another season unless Hibs improve tenfold compared with last night's poor performance v Stranraer. At least they'll maybe pull in some welcome revenue through the turnstiles but that's not even certain as many cynical Hibs fans study Hibs form (and signings) for any semblance of real progress!
