I personally think that based on the valuation of English players, Saido is worth every penny of £25m if not more.
The guy has a very rare talent to be able to shoot hard with both feet. He's got fantastic technique and has already scored against all of the top teams. Take a look at his goals since he came through, the guy has never scored a scuff. Are there any other strikers in the league capable of scoring the curler he scored with his right foot against Chelsea who can also volley the ball as cleanly as he did with his left foot in the 1-0 win against Southampton?
The guy was top scorer in qualification for the England under 21s too. Outshone Harry Kane when they both had the same supply line.
Coupled with the fact his movement on the shoulder of the defender is as good as anyone and he's strong as an ox, I think he'll score a hat full of anyone who have decent midfield players to thread balls through to him. Having just turned 22, he'll do so far many years too.
I'd be gutted to lose him - but £25million would be the minimum he's worth IMO.
When you think of some of the dross £10m gets you, like Abel Hernandez or our very own Brown Ideye (have we seen him strike a ball from more than 5 yards out yet?) - Saido is definitely a big money player.
