Yeah that's true. He would be a good player to sign even at 33 / 34 still do a job for us is it just speculation or was it a decent source that told you Fred ?

I've no problem if this does happen. Over the years watching football I have watched many older experienced defenders come in to sides towards the end of their careers and have done a good job........what they lack in pace they gain by reading the game and also tend to be a good source of inspiration and advice to the younger players.
Apparently he was at the game yesterday so there may be something in it. GGTTH

The only worry with Webster would be injuries.

Agree fully with that but if he stays fit his experience will be invaluable he was never quick but he reads the game well

He would do well in the championship no doubt, but i think he would struggle to play week in week out. The injuries he has suffered must be taking their toll now.
