Worldclass, we're just keeping Saido in reserve for later, and Newcastle know it. Meanwhile, Big Vic is minding the shop!
COYB!!!

Fark. Come on.

Couldn't do much about that goal. Scuffed free kick delivery then a lucky finish through everyone's legs.

We've got to take the game to Newcastle and not just soak up the pressure hoping for a break or a free kick. We've got the players to do it.

Saido and McManaman required from me to get some much needed pace up front as they are gonna come at us now.

Yes, I think you're right, they're definitely going to come at us second half. We need to attack THEM.

Papisse Cisse on for Newcastle - that could spell big trouble.

Phil McNulty pisses me off, he is so biased in Newcastle's favour.

Solid result and it seems like we attacked a bit at least.

Damn good point in the circumstances, given that Newcastle inevitably chose this week to actually show some fighting spirit, as we all knew they would. And of course, mathematical safety! Let the rebuild commence (AGAIN)!

Happy to be mathematically safe after what has been a tough season.

Some new blood drastically needed, full backs who are trusted but can help out
getting forward, a few more mobile players in midfield who can actually keep a 10
yard pass on the floor, a long term replacement for McAuley...

Lacked quality for some time but have to praise the fight and desire to keep us
up. Just happy we're rebuilding for another season in the top flight.
