There is nothing better about Administration unless financially it is the only option you have, trust me its awful!! No way would you have kept your best players either, we have let go or sold 17 of our first team squad and the only way of removing debts is to pay them off which the bid should cover and if it doesn't then you start the next season on -15 points, something we may still be looking at next season.

Well said SCO, there is no easy option. The answer is for the greed league to share more of the football money with the lower leagues, for the FA to stop allowing a few elite clubs to come in and steal the youth talent from academy’s of smaller clubs that have spent money nurturing talent. Clubs that won’t ever use these players but loan them out to strengthen their monopoly on success and trophies.
We are suffering from financial restraints, we are trying to claw our way to stability and as such have tried to get players and staff on a budget that will not cripple us. This has meant trying to give new coaches a chance, coaches that have not quite learnt all the tricks of the trade at this level, maybe they should have started lower down the pyramid but it is what it is.
We may suffer a relegation and a very slow rebuild, we may never get back to the heights of the greed league because the gulf in money is humongous but we should still have our club.

Out new owners are already crying that the revenue losses from relegation will be £10m+ we will soon see where the imaginary investment crap they have been talking about for 2 years is. I see them bailing out very quickly.
How many times I seen new owners promises come to nothing I've lost count.
This lot are exactly the same. We will end up in league 2 with this lot.

I don’t have quite the same pessimistic view as yourself, Blue.

I think the owners have made some poor decisions as regards appointments and these may well come back to bite us, as current form would indicate. However, I need to give them credit for their efforts in pulling the club back from the financial abyss bequeathed to us by Gochuan Lai; I feel without their efforts and commitment, we would likely be in administration. Neither do I get the impression they are the type to walk away, I hope I’m right in believing they’re in it for the longer haul.

However, there’s no doubt that relegation would seriously impact us as a club, something that was unthinkable at the start of the season. Let’s hope we turn this around and scrape enough points to get us to 21st place
