Get this clown out now and give it to Mozza for the rest of the season it’s such a dead cert we will go down if they don’t act now out of pointless pride

Ramsay said connection with supporters key to Norwich clash. Well he’s lost all his keys tonight big time and as such should not walk through the front door of the hawthorns ever again I pray he resigns tonight he’s a complete disaster

Absolute disgrace front to back only Johnstone and Grant deserve to keep their place the rest of the starters should be dropped and give this weeks wages to charity, they certainly have not earned it. Norwich had 7 shots on target and scored 5 what does that say from a team in the bottom three prior to this game and we have to go again in three days. Doh Doh Doh

I’m not normally one for calling for a sacking, especially so early on, but Ramsay should be out first thing tomorrow morning after this. 8 goals conceded in his 2 games, and five of those at home to a team below us in the table, is unforgivable. He has shown already that he is not the man for the job.

totally agree
how much money is it going to cost to get rid of him?

my beloved club i`m afraid will be going down this season

He signed a two and a half year deal so it’ll be fairly expensive for the club to pay him up but I imagine there’s a typical Albion clause in the contract for a break at the end of this season, or before, if it isn’t working. Mowbray had the same thing, if I remember right.

I said I didn't think any manager could do any worse than Ryan Mason...

I was wrong.

Given the quality of the opposition, I don't remember a performance as bad as that at home since my early teenage years. I'm 42 now.

Of course it's early days for the new manager and he needs time to be judged. However, that selection was an absolute shambles.

The amount of players playing out of position was just absurd. The guy is either totally arrogant, thinking the players will do anything for him or just clueless. Either way, the outcome is relegation.

Second half, I couldn't actually tell who was playing where. It was like if you rounded up 11 strangers for a kick about and they had some loose area on the pitch to play in.

Our playing personnel is barely good enough to play at this level in the first place, they are absolutely not good enough playing out of position.

How can you drop Heggebo and play Grant on his own up top with Maja in midfield?

We need to get back to basics here. 4 at the back. Midfielders in midfield. Forwards up top. We haven't got the players for 3 at the back. Who is he going to try at wing back next game? Joe Wildsmith?

Ramsey needs to learn fast or we're down. If we start losing at home - and that's 2 on the bounce - we're certain to be relegated. We're already the worst team in the league away from home.

This ownership team have brought in some absolutely dreadful "footballers" and I fear that their judgement of managers could be just as bad.

And what really scared me tonight was how little the lads seemed to care. I've seen tougher "tackling" in the u13s. You can sometimes get away with lacking quality if you have grit, fight and spirit. We seem to have constructed a team that hasn't got anything. No quality. No identity. No leaders. And on early evidence, a clown conducting the orchestra.

Ramsay has clearly made a huge error in his selection and formation tonight, I get the anger that we’re all feeling. However, I think calling for his head is probably pointless, it’s not going to happen.

I don’t know if he is, or will be, a decent coach but he needs to recognise tonight’s error by Friday’s trip to Derby. If he doesn’t have that level awareness, we really are screwed.

However, I would also say (not in his defence) that the squad he has inherited is complete crap with one, possibly two, exceptions. We saw that under Mason and it’s been confirmed under Ramsay. We sold the solid spine of the team and replaced it with dross which I suspect is down to Nestor. Every player who left (Palmer, Furlong, Heggem, Fellows) has been replaced by someone markedly inferior, no wonder we’re struggling. Even those on the fringes of the squad, such as Caleb Taylor, are performing better than what we have.

We really are in a relegation scrap now; confidence will be shot to pieces and ability is non-existent. If ever the coach had to step up to earn his salary, it’s now.

Hard to comprehend that you had a night that was worse than mine
Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?
