Welcome to both of the new guys, welcome back to those that extended their contracts, and finally welcome to the kids that have signed first contracts.

Why are we waiting, more gossip about who is going rather then incoming.
Give the recruitment department a nudge and get the fax plugged in.

Has it ever been different.
We are a Championship Club and add to that not a rich one and so we have to wait for the big dogs to finish feeding before we can get scraps from the table or get lucky with something they all missed.
Speculation is all it is at best. A lot is just malicious and pointless click bait activity which I am almost numb to nowadays.
I hate to say it but most of our business (if that is not too strong a word) will happen in mid to late August and we will already have played a few games, maybe 4 at least.
Not that stops us selling or letting players go and so we will have a weakened squad before we start to strengthen.

I'm assuming that McNair is the ball playing centre half replacement for Kipre, with Heggem completing with Townsend for the left back spot.
Alternatively, if Yokuslu goes - and I'm hoping we keep him - McNair could slot in that role.
