System Issues - sorry
#11
Is anyone else having these same problems - not loading at all/taking an age to load - again?
It's been happening to me again for 4-5 days, I'd guess.
(Sorry Stairs!)

Same here. Sometimes it's running properly, then other times it's so slow I get timed out. It is working better than when we had the issues the other week though.

Being slow like this will put off guests wandering on to have a look or even thinking about signing up.

Yep been a tad slow
Why should a man go to work, if he has the health and strength to stay in bed?

Sorry to say me too, but we understand these issues can take time to sort so thank you to all involved for your efforts.

Sorry. I am a daily user of the site as well as you guys and so I am suffering with slow response times as well.

We keep rebooting the site and it works for a while then slows down again. We are trying to find the solution.

If anyone has contacts in IT and can offer a free platform service then always happy to talk to them.

Interesting.  I will pass this on to Mark

Well we are going to update the site to the latest release.

It might have one or two visual changes but at least we can say we are running the latest version.

That will then point the finger at the platform.
