If he sets his heart on going, Leeds make an approach and we say no, how would that effect his working relationship.
We have seen players sulk and withdraw labour when told no you can't talk to A, B or C., I'm sure managers would be no different.
If he wants to return to Leeds then we can only let him and hope the compensation is big enough to ease the pain. That we get a like minded and capable replacement who can see and get the potential out of our squad. And pass them in opposite directions come May.
I'm still hoping he stays and gets the best out of us for years to come. And that he can get us established in the greed league with some silverware to boot.

cos if he goes I think it will take the wind out of our players. Given what I've seen it not just the results? CC and the players
