The blades, two shots on target, two goals. This mess has been years in the making, it will not be fixed quickly. Albion fans generally have patience the shyte we have been served up for so many years now, we have had to be.

To be fair the passing game has been good all season, we just miss a proper striker as again grant is none existent! Not sure what he brings to the team

We have had 80% of our 5 shots since going 2-0 down, and none have been on target. There lies our problem, no goal scorer, no-one to put their keeper and defence under pressure, we can't hold the ball and as such it keeps coming back, and we can't defend.

A heavy defeat I fear ......

I can't believe the manager has stuck with the same players who have got the last 3 managers the sack. His words sounded good, but alas he has taken the easy option. I was getting excited we may have a manager who was going to dump the old guard and being the kids in. I must be stupid expecting change.
Looks like the new manager wants his pay off asap and he's started working on it immediately.

I think to be fair to Corberan, he will have had to take nearly all of his advice this week from those currently coaching at the club when selecting the XI, it's probably unlikely he would have been swayed by - or even read - the input from fans such as us Smile . I'm not surprised at the scoreline, I couldn't think of a single reason why these hugely underperforming players would suddenly turn this round.

I seriously think we are looking at relegation.

Can't blame the manager, yet!
The players are dross and he can only work with what he's got. That said if he must identify quickly that Furlong, Grant, Townsend to name just 3 are simply not good enough.

Let's see if he picks the same players for his next match. Or if he has got any balls. If he has taken the advice of Mozza and Walsh it's no wonder he wanted to get rid of them and bring some fresh faces in. Do it.

I am 63 and feel like crying.

League One football is again a real possibility.

This is the second time in my life. The first time hooliganism was rife and after nearly being beaten up attending a match I had given up on football. The Albion were relegated to, then, Division Three.

I became rejuvenated as a fan. The indignity of dropping from Division Two got me back into football with an anger and passion.

Welcome then Sir Gary Megson.

If Carlos can stop the rot, and it is a huge rot and get us back playing entertaining football and challenges for promotion he will deserve the knighthood honour just as much.

Dire dire times.
