Our new manager

Do you want stats or a manager?

He has clearly never got off to a quick start anywhere, even in Cypriot football, about which I guess you know very little anyway. In his first season at Huddersfield he barely avoided relegation. In his second season with ZERO investment in the team he reached the play-off final. On paper you are already far stronger than Huddersfield were. If you were to go down, not only the manager but every player should look at himself and try to imagine how that could happen. Bad as Stevie Bruce is/was he can't actually go out on the field and disable players. So, Corberan, if you have courage, ought to have time to work his magic IF HE HAS ANY - and for that you won't be scouring Wikipedia, you are relying on the Bielsa connection and the improvement he made in a Huddersfield team that was totally unexpected by even their own fans. And it might be this time next season before you realise you really are on for promotion again.

And, of course, he's a gamble, but you are massively under-performing. Your players ought to be good enough, if you had Anton du Beke in charge and the team was selected by public vote!

I think it's because Steve Bruce was doing SO well for so long and we didn't have a Plan B for when he suddenly became sh*te - it was such a surprise

Corberan is looking to bring his own team in. He wants the old school removed.
That includes Mozza and Walsh, maybe that's a good thing. All change gives us a chance to get rid of the stink that has been
around the club for the last several years.

If that is the case I’d be extremely sad to see Mozza leave. I think he has a lot to offer the club long term (he’s barely into his coaching role) and working with Corberan would likely improve him.

Great news about Mozza, he has Albion running through his veins, his love and passion for our club can be a benefit to the players at all levels and especially to a new foreign manager, who, may or may not know the history and heritage of The Albion.

We could and should be a top flight club, finances not withstanding. We should also play attractive entertaining football as has been our DNA down the years. We have lead the way in many aspects of football and society changes.

We are a great, family orientated club, let's get back to those traditions.

Hola Carlos, bienvenido a The Albion, te deseo mucho exito.

If the English Spanish translator is correct:-

Hello Carlos, welcome to The Albion, wishing you great success
