Carlton Cole deal will be off if Adebayor to West Ham falls through. Ideye deal off if we can't get the 4th man in. Martin Olsson on his way but we will need an extension.

It's all very fragile atm. We are the only team in the relegation mix that have really acted today - that should hopefully mean we have the best chance of survival.

Pretty sure it has nothing to do with Adebayor,

They have only just made a move for him in the last hour or so.
