2023: January Transfer Window
Eric Pieters is a free agent, he has been training with the club - how long does it take to decide when we all know we need a defender urgently.

I am guessing we want to sign him for a season and his agent wants a minimum two year contract.................

Tom Rogic expected to sign, Australian Serbian midfielder, played for Celtic and won 6 Scottish league titles. Still 29. Per John Percy.

I think Rogic is an excellent player, so very pleased if this materialises

Rogic is a very talented footballer, quick feet and a good shot on him. He doesn't have much in the way of pace but when he's on his game he can be outstanding.

Be interesting to see how he gets on.

Was Samaras the last player we got after Celtic had them? It can only get better.

Yes, well remembered! Samaras was only our fifth signing from Celtic in the club's history, following Marc-Antoine Fortune in 2010, Craig Beattie in 2007, John Hartson in 2006 and Willie Groves in 1890.

We don't want that turncoat back, mate! Villa poached him off us for a world record fee of £100 in 1893, and he won them the league the next year!

Not that you're bitter, or anything.
