Few surprises in Albion's prompt cup exit last weekend, and no choice but to focus on the league campaign with the most important match of the month in the offing. On Saturday we travel down to West London for a meeting with Queens Park Rangers, one place and one point below us with a game in hand. Recent history is just about on our side - we've won four of our last five in the league against Rangers, including two in consecutive seasons at Loftus Road - but form is firmly with the Hoops, as is the ability to hit a cow's arse with a banjo.

The hope remains that Daryl Dike will make an instant impact if or when we see him, provided he can recapture his Barnsley form, but he'll have his work cut out for him. The stakes are high, defeat will be a further nail in the promotion coffin, and Albion need a touch of magic from somewhere.

Dike on the bench Doh

WTF that about? Has our manager not seen the strike force are impotent?

We have been crying out for a proper striker all season and he's persisting with the same front 3 that we have seen time and time again DO NOT WORK.

What was the point in doing the business on the 1st when it's now 15th and he's not starting?

I hope I'm wrong and we are 2 or 3 up at half time. But if we're 2 or 3 down, this clown has to go.

With Blackburn winning and Bournemouth losing, this match is even more vital for Albion to win and not lose. Dodgy

Although not fully fit, I'm surprised he's not on for 60 minutes to start and not the 30 minutes at the end.
Let's hope Field or Austin don't spoil the day.

What a sh1te first half. It must be the manager instructing us to play this hoofball sh1te, surely?

Our players can't actually be this bad can they?

So many simple passes on and we choose to punt hopeless 50 yard punts into the corners instead.

Gardner-Hickman looked good his first couple of games, picking passes. Now he's just doing the same aimless hoofs as the rest. It's infectious.

I can't actually remember the last time we played any football.

As for scoring a goal with this front 3, we look like we could play all night and not score. But who would've predicted that? Not like we've been impotent for months.

Dike should've started. Everyone knows we can't win games without a striker.

Chris Willock is by far the most creative player on the pitch and was about out 10th choice in the season when got promoted. Shows how downhill we have gone.

Lets hope Dike comes on and somehow makes the rest of the team better...

Just depressing.

Fulham scoring for fun. Positive in style and play.  We in the other hand fire mortars into the other half and pray for miracles.

What happened to my club and it’s footballing philosophy

Austin. Suppose that is to be expected.

Something serious has to happen. We are almost dead in the water.
