JP (reportedly) sold to Lai for £175m (??) What's he/anybody going to do with such amounts? Why not buy WBA back for 1/2 that?
JP (being a big Albion fan above all), and Lai would be happy.
Some on here said JP 'lacked ambition', but he guided us with a conservative policy through changeable times, when most other Clubs of our stature almost went bust.
Show us what a real fan you are, Jeremy. You said you'd only sell to the right Buyer. B******s! You've ruined this Club through your greed.
Start every day off with a smile and get it over with

Luke Dowling has left the building!
Clearly as he put his colours against Wilder and has lost face - we all have different views on Dowling but the common view has to be that West Brom under Lai is crumbling and becoming a farce.
Also Appleton says not interested. I thought that we were not interested in hum so don't get why this is news.

Yes Dowling has left the building. As for Appleton I believe we were not in for him it’s just Sky making news where there is non.
The thing now is who is going to appoint our new manager XU Ken will make a statement on the search for our new manager later today.

I'm surprised it has taken this long for this to happen. This puts the club back a few weeks because now we have to appoint Dowling's replacement and then still find a new Head Coach that the DoF can work with.
I wonder the betting is on Hodgson coming in as DoF?
