This is a home match that I really hope Hibs can safely negotiate and pick up 3 pts with a decent victory that should secure our 3rd place in the Scot Prem. They've just been "dumped" out of the Scot Cup by Aberdeen while Hibs have progressed to the quarter-finals. So spirits must be high for the guys but I utter caution because it is a home match. We must improve our home form and start playing well on our own patch! Also we must keep a close eye on their striker, Thomas, who presents a physical threat. Just deploy a good defensive cover strategy to nullify that threat. C'mon Hibs! Lets sustain a positive unbeaten run and keep going!

This is the big one. Win this and we have sealed third.
Livingston have been a pain in the arse for us at times though. Get it done and then we can concentrate on the cup.

Second half dreadful..........we looked like we hadn't seen each other before, passing awful.
Livingston deserved a draw, fortunate to get the Boyle pen which turned out to be the winner.
Showed again we cannot cope with a fast high press.
Still, 3 points the most important thing.

Sellick cannae buy a win at the moment. Fucks sake.
We should be home and hosed now though, Aberdeen are rotten. Boyle was tremendous 1st half tonight where we really got at them and Gogic had a very solid game particularly in the 2nd when things didn't always go our way. We were pretty steady at the back mostly as well which was nice.
0762 was right about the boy Thomas - I was quite impressed with him. Worth a punt in the summer ?

Aye! I don't think Thomas is on a long term contract. So might be worth a punt later on. On a similar theme, I hope Hibs make a move for the Morton CB, Magnus Fjortoft. He is in his mid 20s, 6'4" tall, and looks like he could play at a higher level of footie. He was definitely the mainstay of Morton's defence that held Hertz quite comfortably in a 0-0 draw.
