Bartley if Dawson is not ok to play.
I’d be tempted to play Edwards in place of Murphy

I must say I don’t like play-offs and disagree with the concept. If you’re not good enough after 46 games (especially finishing sixth, for example) you don’t deserve to go up.
If three teams are relegated from the PL, three teams should go straight up from the Championship.
Same should happen in all divisions.

I agree 100%. Top 3 should be promoted and bottom 3 relegated. At least that way you have the 3 most deserving teams going up rather than for example 6th place Derby going up.

Playoffs is all about money though and at least it’s better than what the Germans have. They have top 2 go up and bottom two go down. 3rd top and 3rd bottom play a two legged play-off. Very unfair when the 3rd place 2. Bundesliga team loses to the 16th place Bundesliga team. Hopefully that will change this season with Union Berlin or Paderborn beating Stuttgart.

My interest in the playoffs was minimal to start with, now it's non existent, this brings real clarity as to what is important in life.

Thoughts and prayers to Jim's charity, his family and friends. So sad, so young.

RIP ...... u r 4eva a baggie, gone to join our legends of years gone by.

Hope those there tonight can can sing a song, loud and proud for Jim.

I didn't know him or his story to be honest but it does leave a tear in your eyeSad I was watching the news last night and there was this 5 year old lad with a rare cancer, he loved Lewis Hamilton, who duly obliged with a load of freebies from Mercedes and a video message that was genuinely heartfelt. To cap it off the day after (Monday) Mercedes rocked up to his house with Lewis' winning car for his family for the day, to take pictures and give the little man a boost. I'm writing this and I have to say I feel really emotional and sad about the above, tonight is massively important and a win would please many, but in the grand scheme it's just a game. I am going tonight and hope for a rocking atmosphere, a fine performance and the Baggies to prevail, but in my heart I will think of and say a few words for the two above, stories like this make it real, football just pales in situations like this, RIP Jim and good luck to the little man!!

Oh what a surprise! The FA panel looked at the Grealish penalty incident and concluded he was clearly fouled and did not dive. What a corrupt bunch of inept barstewards they really are.
Hope the Hawthorns is rocking tonight and we get up and at them. Let's see the Vile suffer! Boing Boing!

I heard that story as well last night, Onetruebaggie, on 5 Live. They had an interview with the young lad's Dad, who was resigned to his son's fate but determined both to ensure that his final days/months were positive but also to raise money for his very rare form of cancer. The guy was so dignified and noble but also so grateful for what Hamilton and Mercedes had done. I make no excuse, I was greetin' at the end of it. You're spot on, as much as we love football and our team, it's nothing compared to what these families are going through.

Don't really agree with 5 at the back and giving up a man in central midfield. Same mistake as Saturday, which came back to bite us when their 3rd man in midfield had 15 yards of space to score.

Just hope we get at them and get lots of set plays, as that could be the way back with the 3 centre backs.
