No rest for the wicked as Albion follow up Saturday's professional job at Villa Park with their fourth and fifth games in the space of a fortnight. Tuesday evening sees us visit Loftus Road - not always a happy hunting ground in times gone by - and we could do with keeping our recent away form going with another win if we're to remain the race for automatic promotion in any meaningful way.
The acid test will come on Saturday night when the Blades visit the Hawthorns in a real six-pointer. It's a match we certainly can't afford to lose, and with any luck - presuming Dwight Gayle makes his scheduled return from suspension - we may be able to nick the crucial points to set up a late season charge.

So you are not expecting another 7-1 hammering Saft?

I for one fear the worst, every time we have the chance to put real pressure on the teams above us, all of which we have beaten this season and lost to none, (3 wins 1 draw) we blow it.

We never do it the easy way, but we have played a more controlled type of game over the last few games.
The gung ho approach has tailed off and our defence looks stronger with every game.
As long as we can keep players fit, the others are more worreied then we are.
We have a much stronger squad then all those around us, it must pay dividends sooner or later.

....Phil, what medication are you on today? That's a whole lot more positive than usual; what's going on? You'll be opening a Big Dave fan club next
I give credit when it's due, when they are earning millions - fine them them when they fail. (But that's the mad world I live in opinion).
High stakes has it's rewards, but not enough punishment for failure in today's mamby pamby woirld.
I've had my Anti-Fibrillation pill and my normal Alprazolam (Xanax) tranquilizers thank you for asking though.

Firstly, chuffed to bits with the Vile result, take that attitude and our usual mindset away from home and we will win comfortably, treat it any other way and we will have a bloody nose. QPR need the points and will feel disappointed with the cup result, so they will be dangerous! I think we'll win 2/3-0 I really do, Jrod double! The big match is Saturday, win tonight and make the Hawthorns a cauldron Saturday! We are waiting to be entertained at home and I think they feel the pressure and perform accordingly, this game is massive against big but winnable rivals, get behind them from the off and let the fireworks commence!

Johnstone; Holgate, Dawson, Hegazi, Gibbs; Livermore, Field, Johansen; Murphy, Rodriguez, Montero
Subs: Bond, Bartley, Adarabioyo, Barry, Harper, Edwards, Phillips
Think that's a decent looking team, proper width and it'll be good to see what Montero can do.
