Oh where to start this week!!! A poor week across the board and a complete opposite to last weeks great scores!! No player made it to double figures and a couple didn’t even get to zero!!!
Leading the way this week are Beefy and Amelia on 9 points, both on the back of getting a correct result on one of their balls. In third spot was Zinman with 7 points, he had no correct scores but did get 4 correct results.
The next three players all got 6 points - SCO, Derby and Sanjay. Nothing remarkable here at all, SCO and Derby picked up points on a CR Gamball but it is worth mentioning that for the second week in a row Sanjay did not play his Gamball and again lost 4 points as a consequence!!! BBB came in next with 5 points, he too lost points by not playing the gamball but only 2 in his case. The last of the positive scores belongs to Snooty with 3 points, he actually did ok with 1 correct score and 2 correct results but missed out on both his BB and Gamball.
Now we get to the last two. Our league leader Matt came in with a -2, he only got one correct result, missed his Gamball and BB and only ended up off the bottom due to that missed penalty by Mahrez and a late goal by Brizzle to get his scoreball point. By far his worst week of the season and he will likely need every part of the lead he had built up to stay top of the table!! In dead last this week was Worldclass, and for the first time since I have done the scoring he managed to get every single prediction wrong, and failed to even get the one point for his scoreball!!!!! The least you can score in this is -5 points, and thats exactly what Worldclass got this week!!!
Cheers
SCO
The mantle of Mr. Consistency can be said no more of our leader Matt as he suffered what could have been the worst score of the season but as SCO said above, there’s always somebody worse off. What it did do however was cut his lead to a mere 6 points at the top as the chasers headed by St Charles in 2nd began to make inroads into the chase for the title.
Beefy took a hold of 3rd place all to himself, outscoring BBB dropping a place into 4th after sharing the bronze medal position last week.
Further back in 6th we find Zinman and then Sanjay in 7th. The top 6 are now putting some light between themselves and the bottom 4 opening up a 9 point lead, while there are only 26 points in total from 1st down to 6th, another week like this after the International break and it will be even tighter.
Derby climbed a place up to 7th and out of the relegation play-off spot, while Snooty stayed in it with a lowly score for the week in 8th.
Amelia clambered off the bottom for the first time this season and is only 4 points away from another climb, while Worldclass paid the price with the ultimate disaster of a week as he not only scored a maximum minus but was also “rewarded” with a plummet of 3 places into bottom spot as a result.
Bomber
Well this will be short and sweet after a low scoring effort from the Championship.
A deserved winner this week is Spirette who although with only a 50% correct guess rate his 5 from 10 was easily enough for him to top the table after every one else's low scores, Spirette scored 11 points.
Joint runners up were Quantum and Bomber both scored 9 points , both had bang on scores which in a low scoring week are very important and in fact Correct scores this week proved Pivotal as with the exception of Mac Lad meant three of the four who had correct scores finished in the top three, Mac lad down in 8th suffered because he got both his balls in a twist and ended up with a solitary point.
Down in equal 4th was 4Eva with 5 points, while Twerton was 5th with a point less - both saved by a correct score on the Gamball.
in 6th place with 3 points was Stairs, in 7th with just 2 points was Baggie one and in 8th as all ready mentioned was the Mac Lad.
Now I don't do write ups for the Championship very often but I'm delighted to be doing it this week because we have a predictor with every score wrong and the maximum minimum score available. Step forward and with a user name like the Joker its no surprise that erm Joker finished 9th with the amazing score of -5

E- school report, Must try harder ...... Numpty

Amazingly enough due to Turkeys no show the Joker was kept off the bottom as per rules of the game if you do not predict unless everyone has scored above Zero you must receive a score of one less than the lowest score proving Turkeys non appearance has cost him big time and -6

Cheers Beefy
In a week when decent scores across both leagues were rarer than an Albion clean sheet, our Championship leader Themaclad suffered his first stumble of the season pointwise, but still held onto his 16 point lead at the top, ahead of Bomber who climbed 2 places up into 2nd to claim 1 of the automatic promotion places for the first time this season and passed the century mark in the process.
4eva in 3rd and current holder of the play-off spot was another to sneak beyond the 100 point mark, while Quantum moved up a place into 4th to keep the heat on the top 3.
Turkeydinner not only lost his centurion status but also 3 positions to drop back into 5th after his “no show” this week though he can take solace that there are only 7 points separating 2nd down to 5th, but a 13 point gap down to Stairs in 6th who “reverted to type” with his Gamball this week.
Spriritematt continues to make up for lost time moving up a place into 7th after missing 2 weeks, though he did miss out on a Gamball return for the first time this season, his move up the table sees BaggiOne making way and dropping back to 8th after a poor week.
Twertons struggles continue in 9th, but he did manage to increase his gap to bottom spot, though he can’t take much credit for it as Joker managed to lose ground all by himself with the lowest score possible in a weeks prediction to now sit 25 points adrift.
