Josh, it's genuinely touching that after the season we've just had, you don't believe that Barnet and Swindon would give us a run for our money Laugh

Union Berlin have confirmed that their pre-season friendlies against Stoke and West Brom are no longer happening.

That’s a real shame. I was hoping that we’d have stuck with the friendly because Union would give us a bloody good game especially with their new Head Coach Urs Fischer running things and the signings they have made and will make over the weekend.

Oh well. There’s always next year if both teams are promoted.

WBA and Coventry will face each other for the inaugural Cyrille Regis Memorial Trophy on Saturday, July 28, and it's hoped other West Midlands clubs will contest it in future years.

Julia Regis: "I think Cyrille would be slightly embarrassed and amused by the attention but that speaks volumes about who he was. In our grief we have taken great comfort by the love everyone has shown. It promises to be a great day, a fun day & we're excited to be a part of it."

Left back Kieran Richardson and centre back Martin Cranie have been training with the club to improve their fitness.

Can we assume from this that Gibbs and Nyom do not want to play???

It was 0-0 at half time. Second half is almost 10 minutes in.

The new kit is looking good:

Somerset, I’m sure there is a good reason why they’re not playing. Maybe a lack of fitness, injury or extended time off.

Finished 3-0 to Albion. Goals by Kyle Edwards and Robson-Kanu x2.
