NOW IT'S TIME TO PANIC !!!

Exclamation
Jenkins comments at the end of the Season,
"We know we made mistakes they won't happen again, we have a big rebuild this summer, we will get transfer targets in early, before pre season hopefully and hit the ground running"
So now it's June the 25th and players have returned to pre season training, did anyone see new signings to hit the ground running ?
The news below thats coming out of the club from john Percy at the telegraph this evening and who by the way is always spot on is absolutely amazing as the only man at the top, Tech consultant Giuliano Terraneo who was recruited by the club to oversee transfers has been sacked, well erm demoted if you like Doh
So so far In the last few months we have lost all the top men from Board level down, we've been relegated, key players are leaving and with the new season's training already under way we haven't signed anyone. In addition we've dispensed with the services - or most of the services - of the man brought in to help with recruitment. If that is not a crisis I don't know what is.
Good luck guys I have just felt the optimism drain away from me after this news broke within the last hour.
I just want to ask,............... WHAT THE HELL IS GOING ON !!!!!!!!

“West Brom are making changes to their recruitment structure after informing their technical consultant, Giuliano Terraneo, he will not be fully involved with transfer deals, amid suggestions of disagreements with players and rival clubs“

So Terraneo is still responsible for identifying transfer targets and scouting but now isn’t part of the negotiation process. That could explain the big difference between our valuation of Bobby Reid and Bristol City’s price tag for him and also why no other business has happened yet.

Perhaps he is asking for too much money from other clubs which damages chances of selling players. That would explain why Rodriguez, Dawson, Livermore and McLean are still at the club and why Dawson reportedly wants to hand in a transfer request.

It is so difficult at the moment as we are not party to what is happening at the club. For all we know (however unlikely) Dawson and Hergazi may have already indicated their willingness to stay.
