crazy game but what a great watch for the neutral what a game should have been 6-6 well done Liverpool

Well done to Liverpool for reaching the final. They fully deserve to be there and good luck to them against 12 men in the final.
BUT if there is one team that you would expect to go into the second leg 5-2 up and still almost xxxx it then Liverpool is that team. It is further proof that they are the football equivalent of Jeckyll and Hyde. Superb in the first leg but poor tonight and against WBA and Stoke. If they were more consistent they would have pushed Man City close for the title this season. It will be an interesting final. Both sides have deadly attacks but average defences. I expect 3-3 and extra time. Then in the final minute Real Madrid get a dodgy penalty after minimal contact which Ronaldo scores. Liverpool get screwed and UEFA get their dream of Ronaldo scoring the winning goal in the final.

Champions league, my arse ........ I don't recall Liverpool winning the premier league, don't follow la liga, did real Madrid win their title last year .........
Also ran league ...... money making, football fixing, pile of shite ..... designed so that the little exclusive gentleman's club of the FA and other European bodies can screw every penny out of the game to the exclusion of proper clubs and proper fans ... real teams / clubs can't compete, the FFP makes sure that no money men can buy membership to the club like Chelski and Man City did ....... Roll on the European super league ..... man city, man utd, Chelsea, Liverpool, Arsenal and Tottenham can all bugger off to Europe .... leave real football to the working man / woman.

Not a Happy Bunny then 4evaa. Mind you I completely agree with your final paragraph. European top flight football has become so predictable; the same teams there or thereabouts each and every year. And as for Celtic well...................Champions again and the greatest team in the world until they have to play someone from outside Scotland.

have to agree why call it the Champions League
when half the sides in it aint ever won their domestic leagues Liverpool a classic example simple exploitation by UEFA to exact as much money as they can oh for the days of the old European Cup errr better not mention that we will have them vile fans on here gloating oi guys did you know they actually WON the European Cup back in ..............well i was 17 i`m now errr older

Quantum, I have said many times, I hate the premier league, I hate the also ran league, how can Liverpool or real Madrid be the best team in Europe, champions .... when their not even champions in their own country .....
I am old school ..... fair play, level playing fields not heavily weighted for the few, the FA's elite gentleman's club. Is that too much to ask .....m

The Champions League should be for the Champions only. Even if it means matches between Astana and Maribor or Sparta Prague and Ferencvárosi, that is how it should be.
Then the runners-up play in the Europa League.

A European cup for the champions A cup winners cup for .... wait for it .... this is radical ..... the cup winners And a UEFA cup for the teams that are not good enough to be champions ...... three or four teams per FA. No mega mega bucks, no undue bias to a few, just football for all ........ Let's give it a go ......
