And how soft was that penalty? Why can't we get one like that when we're 0-1 down?

I just knew my new PFP carrot would be the inspiration needed!  Thumb up

Well done the Terriers  - more than halfway to survival now. More points beckon against Southampton and Stoke (no fingers-crossed smiley?)

The second goal. Described as a lucky tap in for Mooy or just bad defending from Watford, was actually a superb team goal with Mooy being on the end of a brilliant 12 passes move. If Man City score that, the experts go potty. We score it, it's lucky. Sick Doh Doh Whistle Sad Blush

And Phil Neville can fork right off. Saying Depoitre dived and should be banned.
No Philip. Depoitre was impeded, slipped, but got back up again with the intention of trying to get the ball back. He didn't sprawl himself all over the floor like Sterling did against us after much less contact, with his arms flailing shouting penalty ref. Angry
And why would he dive in the last minute when we're 3-1 up? We didn't gain because the game was already won.

M’Lord, please take the blue tinted glasses off, it was a very soft penalty!!!! The way Depoitre “hops” into the air and falls on his knees was hardly caused by the slight contact!!! If that was given against you then you would rightly be on here claiming the same as what the pundits are saying!!!

Today was a day you got the luck, two offsides for the first goal, a complete mess up by Watford to allow the ball to “hit” Mooy and a soft sending off for Deeney (followed by a soft yellow for Hogg), take it when it comes because you have had a few that have gone against you and there will no doubt be more to come!!! Still a well deserved win, Watford were shocking at the back and you took full advantage!! As someone said earlier one game off halfway and you have above half the points needed to avoid relegation, keep it going!!!

If you watch Depoitre, he didn't call for a penalty. The guy does not dive. And no one is saying it wasn't a soft penalty. We are saying that Phil Neville is talking bollocks.

IT was never a penalty in a month of Sundays but in our defence he never appealed for it either....you can't blame our player for the referee being at fault

As for the Deeney red card, yes he was the ball but he then continues to go straight through our player from behind...I thought tackles from behind were dangerous and in the FIFA rule book it says..

"A tackle from behind which endangers the safety of a opponent must be sanctioned as serious foul play"

So that's that case closed
