Delph has really started to get to grips with the prem recently and it's about time too. Thought he had a good game last week for Aston Villla against a Hull side who are no pushovers

Hart is a decent keeper.
Milner is a handy squad player.
We just haven't got enough world class players unfortunately. But I agree that the manager is too stuck in his ways for us to go forward quickly and look towards Euro 2016
