totally agree Wakey, If I can stand and clap them off having given our best, irrespective of the final result, I will be kind of happy, I live in hope of being ecstatic!

I thought you started well, but that was clinical from Spurs in front of goal and Kane is just on fire!!!

Still not worried. They aren't all capable of doing this to us.

Spot on, the top 6 might do this to you every game but it won't matter when on a Tuesday night in February a good start like you had today against a team such as Stoke will see you take three points. As I said earlier, today didn't matter in the whole scheme of things, you have 26 games against teams that you are really battling with!!

We probably went a bit too gung ho and all of a sudden we're one down, two down and then some individual brilliance from Harricane Harry and it's game over. Good to see a touch of class from all the Town fans applauding him off. Probably more through relief than respect though And then they get an undeserved 4th to give the scoreline an unrealistic slant. Don't worry about a ting. ![]() ![]()

i think we saw today that some players are either really struggling to make the step up or have their confidence completely shot. I'm thinking mainly kachunga and lowe, to me neither should start the game against swansea. tommy smith is getting run raggid this season too and is not being as effective going forward either.
think today also showed how limited we are in our squad now that there are a fair few injuries around, we had one attacking sub on the bench, would it not have been better having lolley on the bench instead of whitehead? hopefully this break sees some of the injured players come back to fitness, just to give us options.

Thought that v Burnalee too jjamez.
Spurs scored at least 3 from our errors today. The first two they didn't have to create, we did it for them. Too many players today not on it, probably at least 4, more likely 5 or 6. Others were looking like they weren't on it as a result. To be fair, we were never likely to get owt if Spurs played their A game. After 15 minutes, they didn't have to. They were already 3 up and we were never going to get 4. For me, Depoitre was our MOM, Schindler probably ran him close, Hogg, Ince, Smith worked hard for little result or reward. The rest need to get their head up more and see the runs that others are making, get the ball forward or crossed with some quality earlier when we have the ball and give Lossl options. MOTD might pick it up but our midfield was spread to the 4 winds several times when Lossl was looking to play it out. Could see us playing 2 left backs next time as also suggested by Radio L666s. Van the Man might give a fullback food for thought but centre backs love him. He can't put 10 crosses on a pools coupon let alone one on our centre forwards head. Still, more important battles to fight. Losing by 4 goals today is our biggest problem, losing by 1 or 2 would have been better in the long run. First time pretty much since he joined us that Mooy wasn't even close to being our MOM Sub's did OK given the game time they had. 4th goal was no fault of theirs

Amelia saw one of your tweets staing some fans were being critical of the side, with games like today if yoou get points from it, it's a bonus the results that are important are against the lesser sides and some newish fans will not understand that.
