St Johnstone v Hibs: Sat 9 Sept, KO 3.00pm

Laugh Aye right enough.

I think we would be a lot happier right now barring that performance against Hamilton. I think there comes a stage in games like v Dundee and v saints where the stats show you have battered them and you have missed chances, that you also have to make sure you take at least a point. How often did that go wrong for us in the past ?

I actually thought we defended better on Saturday, and we are still very much feeling our way into this league. I'd be more concerned if we weren't playing well to be honest, and I know a stage will come where results are more important. But I'm really enjoying the games at the moment, looking forward to Saturday already!

Correct Jim all hibs fans seem to be happy with our style of play and as you say we will grow into the league stringing a few wins under our belt along the way.

Don't no if it's just me thinking this but I feel our back four is all over the place just now only thing I can think of as the problem is Steven Whittaker. He's played right back keep Sir David Gray out the team now he's keeping Stevie out his left back slot at Ibrox he got skinned a few times the Dundee gave the pen away with a stupid needless challenge and on Sat he was all over the place. I've nothing against the guy but every mistake he's making were getting punished for.
Maybe play him up one I honestly don't no how do you guys feel ?

Midfield or nowhere for Whittaker as far as I'm concerned. Considering we're much too slow at starting, we're doing pretty well, but it's what might have been. Hope we don't regret it come the end of the season.
Cabbage is still good for you

I wanna see more 'clean sheets' and Whittaker aint gonna endorse that requirement in our defence! I don't regard him as being part of Hibs best team line up based on observing all our games so far but is he fully fit yet?
