THE LAST MATCH

As usual, the team lets us down v Reading. Despite a fair few chances, the Goalie, woodwork and some wayward finishing plus some poor defending for Readings first goal, and the 3 points went south - literally! We somehow stayed in the 6th playoff spot thanks to Fulham making a mess of there game v Wolves, though I think most of us on here aren't expecting us to stay there as we have been riding our luck for quite sometime.

So another early start for our Ex-pats, as SYP don't trust football fans. Looking to do the double over the Dingles after our 2-0 win earlier in the season. We have sold our 4700 allocation (should be more, ask SYP) so will have good support to cheer the lads on. I hate derbies and will be glad when these next 2 games are out of the way, would rather play Barca & Real than play a derby match.

Im definatley not getting up for this one as it probably wont even be streaming anyway ? but i had a good weekend last weekend !! a little boring but without the pain of a normal sufferday so thats me done with the daft early mornings unless my little hyperactive 4 year old says different

A few snippets from todays Presser:

CC: Hooper has been training all week and is available to play.

CC: The training, I must say, has been fantastic these last two weeks. High energy and high tempo.

CC: The international break was important to us. I like a lot the energy we have been training with, the intensity has been really high.

CC: We have training today, we are not sure whether certain players will be involved until tomorrow but the panorama is better.

CC: Kieran Lee is progressing well, he is showing good signals.

CC: We will be ready for the derby for sure. You never have favourites in a derby. It will be an interesting game
