I go on the 606 Beefy's on about from time to time and agree that JH comes out with some good posts even though he's fallen out with a few Baggies on there in the past. Wonder why he doesn't ever use this site.
I can't do it but others could ask why he,and other fans, can't chat on here as we'll as elsewhere  (if they must)

Might be that on here, members have in the past been moaned and groaned about, and insulted, for having opinions that some members on here - though most not voicing now - had a go at, so prefer other forums that are more friendly. Just saying.

It is also notable how fewer New topics are mentioned on here now as opposed to previously - either here or 606 - and less people wanting to say anything - again just saying.

The worst forum I've come across, if you can call it a forum, is the Baggie pages in the Express & Dingle where comments can be made on the various E&D stories.

There are several regulars on there who are incredibly bigoted, self opinionated and downright nasty if you don't tow their line and agree/support their view. Put an alternative opinion and you're called a troll and a troublemaker at best.

The people on here are great and accept other points of view but the E&D Baggie subscribers are unbelievable.

The next best result for me after the Wolves one was Derby 3 Cardiff 4. Derby's JA606 fans are insufferable, talking about 'the Derby Way' and bemoaning being below the Huddersfields and the Barnsleys. They can't ever seem to get it into their thick heads that it's what happens on the pitch that counts, not the size of your crowds or your Premier League status academy or training facilities. 'The Derby Way' is to get to the Premier League, score a record eleven points and then sink without trace. It was great when 10-man QPR nicked a 90th-minute goal to win the 2014 Championship play-off final. In January, I reminded Derby fans of Derby's unique League and FA Cup Double: record low eleven points in the top tier, and biggest FA Cup final defeat, 6-0 against Bury in 1903. Endless fun.

And let's not forget Preston North End 2 Birmingham City 1. One win in 13 for Gianfranco Zola, repaying the Blues' board's faith in appointing a modern, forward-thinking European coach. What a crock of crap. The sack is surely imminent there.

you know what I'm thinking seeing all our nearest and dearest neighbours flailing around in the championship? Remember when we were tagged the yo yo club for 10 years or so? Well it puts into perspective our achievements in actually getting out of that division almost immediately and all that with JP keeping us in the black.
Maybe we can take as much pride in doing that as we should over our efforts to remain in the prem. Slow and steady progress it may be. Villa fans in particular (which includes my Dad and brother BTW) thinking they were too good to go down and probably expecting to bounce straight back up must be looking on enviously at little old West Brom right now. Not as easy as you think that championship league. Boing `Boing while it lasts eh chaps?

Not to be outdone Blues 1 QPR 4.
I would love to be a fly on the in in the Blues boardroom. Hey guys, if we ditch Gary Rowett straightaway there is a chance we can bring Zola.
Talk about shooting yourself in the foot.

Talks between the Blues board and Zola due this afternoon (Sunday). They surely must show him the door. Played 14, won 1, drawn 4 and lost 9. Over a 46 game season that's like won 3, drawn 13 and lost 30 for 22 points.

Loved Zola as a player - probably my favourite ever overseas player - but just doesn't seem to cut it as a coach, and that's an awful record. Can't see any vote of confidence coming here!

Will it be 'ZOLA SACKED'

Gary Rowett offered new contract and tells them where to stick their Chicken Chop Suey and the sun don't shine up there.

Foolish move by the Wings and the Wongs of the Blues boardroom. Fortunately, they don't have telephones in China as there are so many Wings and so many Wongs, you might wing the wong number.

Laugh
