Charlie only sits down at Oxford now. I think he's been told to be happy, because he's looking for a job at the end of the season.
You mean there may be a team out there who'd buy Liddle? There aren't many teams in L2 who buy anything, specially a dead horse to flog.

Sheffield United and Pompey are interested in O'Shea.

All good. We can only play when O'Shea does the business, but he only does it once a month. If we can get some money for him I reckon it has to be a good deal. We'll miss him, but there's no way forward if we keep him. Very odd!

No way O'Shea would go to Portsmouth. Don't think Cook ever let him play a full 90 minutes. He was always the first player subbed.

We've pretty much closed the January transfer window as regards bringing in a player with real ambition. He'd have to be pretty dumb wouldn't he? No permanent Chairman, huge debt, club for sale, no permanent manger, bottom of the league and Div 2 in prospect ........ Nice ground hardly balances the scales does it?
We'd be a shot at league football for a good non-leaguer and that's it.
But it might be our first chance to unload some dead wood for next season.

We'll be ok, Ebanks Blake is back.
If you can all pick yourselves up after you've finished rolling about, what do you think the chances are of offloading him to Mansfield. Am sure him and Steve Evans would get on like a house on fire.

Yeah excellent. Raglan who we might use stays on the bench at Oxford and our seventh choice centre forward returns.
Reasons to be cheerful. Ian Dury where are you when we need you?

Probably asking someone to hit him with a rhythm stick.

Oh Good!
Mind you, no captain, no manager, caretaker chairman, tubby director of football who couldn't play at all himself ........
