So do Hearts. The only difference is the foundation of hearts is funded by a larger number of people, but it's still all about putting up cash in exchange for equity to cover the shortfall of a company operating at a loss.

Not going into another war of words on this. You know fine well that is not what the FOH is all about, it's about eventual fan ownership of the club, not just keeping the wolves at bay.
