Bilel Mohsni is history, so I am posting this for completeness.
He did play some good games for Rangers, but he was also seen as a one-man 'bomb-scare'.
The article also reports that the SFA has reduced Mike Ashley's fine for dual interests from £7.5K to £1K. He must have pleaded poverty !!!

Got to laugh at the SFA. It must have cost them more to convene said panels, than the fine imposed. Amateurs!
