Well, thats because Gers are looking too well. Playing well; No board arguments, no obvious financial difficulties that are immediate. three things that were a monthly event before, so panic has ensued and best they can do is call King a liar, thief, con man etc and he will as we speak be filling his pockets, ready to do a Whyte and Green etc....... Alas it is perhaps a bit of panic. Even Aberdeen came away with "we have to do it THIS year" Whistle

Quoting this fae another site," in the one corner a business woman with an unblemished record at two of scotlands biggest clubs. In the other we have a man, who,  as a director of his previous club sat on the board as they spiralled toward liquidation,, has 80 odd convictions in South Africa, has been branded in open court as a"mendacious witness and a glib and shameless liar". And we are  invited to  choose who is the one telling the truth
I really dont know who to believe.,if only there was something to judge them on". How apt, aboot time you lot took yer heids oot yer  erses

Yer arse, ya fanny.

You've completely fallen for the utter fallacy that the media want you to fall for - namely that one if them is right and the other is wrong.

Go and research exactly vwhat King said. He said that a senior figure at Hibs - one with the authority to invite bids - encouraged Rangers to make a bid. Dempster wasn't aware of that, it seems. Fair enough, it doesn't make either of them wrong, or liars.

That you fall for the media distortion says it all. It's almost certainly a willingness to believe what you want, no matter the reality. You're a perfect example of the dribbling desperado that warms my heart with your skewed idiocy.

If the glib and shameless liar is telling the truth(disbelieving giggle here). All he needs is tae name who he spoke wi'.As I said, get yer heids oot yer arsed. The man has been called a liar by a judge

So in other words Rod Petrie offered him to Rangers??i just couldn't see it being anyone else seeing Leanne Dempster is the chief exec, now if this is correct then I would expect her to walk as I don't think she's the type to suffer fools gladly I'd also expect Stubbs to go too, however I believe that King has lied through his teeth because he doesn't know oh to tell the truth.

I told you at the beginning of all this Hibs were working behind the scenes to move Allan out the door. They knew he was going to leave at the end of the season whatever happened. I've also pointed out that it suited Hibernian rather than Rangers to have the details of our bids leaked to the media, so where was that information most likely coming from? Then Celtic - who claimed they'd been after the player all along - got their man and the Hibs chiefs come away as heroes to their fans for selling their best player because they did so to Celtic and not Rangers. So Dave King's version of events actually makes perfect sense. I also don't really see what he had to gain from saying what he did if it was a lie. Dempster on the other hand has form for being 'economical' with the truth: reneging on a verbal agreement with Allan to let him go if a bigger club came in for him and misrepresenting what had happened with the fixture change at the end of last season. Even in this case she just issued a brief statement saying King's version was not correct, but didn't actually say what aspect wasn't correct.

That's all she had to do Car short and to the point she says he lied, strange how the lying king hasn't challenged that

I take it you've seen the paper the verbal contract was printed on as yer so sure the verbal contract existed. Can ye just remind me again just why philanthropist and all round good guy King donated millions tae an obviously hard up Sa tax authority

He's obviously just been misunderstood

First of all I doubt King or anyone else is going to get involved in a tit-for-tat exchange of statements through the media. Secondly there's not really anything to challenge because she didn't say anything specific. She hasn't actually corrected anything he said, just made a vague and ambiguous comment. If something is 'not correct' it's generally good form to offer a correction.
