Skysports - Inverness to take legal advice over Josh Meekings complaint

Does every player who commits this offence (handling on the goal-line), but it is missed by the referee during the game, get this retrospective punishment ?

Why don't they go the whe hog and rescind Gordon's red,honestly this is disgusting the SPFL make a feck up one week then SFA have to follow suit to keep there end up our games a total and utter joke,as fir Celtic Theres no words to describe them

The fact is how can they prove it was deliberate? Are we now going to have retrospective bookings for players removing tops after a goal, if it was missed.
