A double whammy day is when Aston Villa and Rangers both win, so this is a treble whammy weekend :

Aston Villa win and will be in the England (& Wales) FA Cup Final on 30th May.

Rangers win at Dumbarton, maintaining the momentum in the League.

Celtic lose and will not be in the Scottish FA Cup Final on 30th May.

Good win Larry, if somewhat predictable from a Liverpool point if view. They've been just terrible this season and a lot of it's down to Rodgers persisting with what he sees as his own tactical master stroke of using Sterling as a lone striker. Beneteke is everything he's not up there.

I'd like to see Benteke at Arsenal - although I'm sure Larry wouldn't. He'd do well there I'm sure.

And on the subject of Timmy failure - what's the score with their den of inequity (yes, inequity) doesn't seem to be available? I was hoping to go over the latest conspiracy theories.
